Grazing Tables

Grazing tables are a modern buffet style table designed to let guest pick at food over a few hours. Ideal for wedding or situations when a formal sit down meal isn’t required
 
Grazing tables have a minimum order of 10 with two €60 chefs charges. This involves the grazing table being set up and the tableware being collected the following day.  
 


€25 per person + €60 chefs charge x 2

  • Sliced meat charcuterie 
  • Giant marinated olives and gherkins
  • Hummus and Tzatziki dips with bread sticks and crudités 
  • Lanzarote goats cheese with fig jam
  • Fruit kebabs with strawberry dipping sauce
  • Mini wraps. Pesto chicken and rocket or cheddar cheese, egg and spring onion
  • Gazpacho shots 
  • Duck liver parfait, red onion chutney, miniature toastados 
  • Bacon and sun dried tomato or Spinach and porcini mushroom tartlets.


€32.50 per person plus €60 chefs charge x 2

  • Duck liver parfait, red onion chutney, miniature toastados 
  • Bacon and sun dried tomato or Spinach and porcini mushroom tartlets 
  • individual Smoked salmon mousse cups with jumbo prawn 
  • Cajun chicken kebabs with a selection of my homemade chili sauces – curried mango, ginger jam and cinnamon sauce.
