Lanzarote has some excellent ingredients to offer including potatoes with Mojo, goats cheese, white wine and honey rum but the fresh fish here is in a league of it’s own. A must for fish lovers!
€35 per person + €75 chefs charge.
There is an extra chefs charge of €60 for parties over 10.
STARTER
- A selection of Canarian starters to share – pimiento de padron, garlic prawns and local cheese with fig jam
MAIN COURSE
- Locally caught baked fish served with red and green mojo sauces, Canarian potatoes and salad
DESSERT
- Individual Bienmesabe and honey rum cup topped with milk chocolate sauce and served with a glass of ice cold honey rum.
